Who these terms are between

The company or person that runs Kids Amazing World will be named here before launch.

Parents and guardians

• Accounts are for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. Children use the site under a grown-up's supervision.
• By creating an account you confirm you are a parent or guardian aged 18 or over, and that you will look after your children's use of the site.
• Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings & privacy.

Using the site

• Use the site for learning and fun. Don't try to break it, overload it, guess other people's passwords, or get in without permission.
• The games, stories and lessons belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your family's own learning, not to copy or resell.
• Things children make, such as drawings and the games they build, belong to your family. You give us permission only to store them for you.
• We try to keep everything correct and safe, but we can't promise the site will always work or be free of mistakes. The AI lessons use simple models to show how AI works: real AI is much more complicated.

Premium and payments

Premium is not available to buy yet. When it is, its price, billing, renewal and refund rules will be set out here before you pay, in line with the consumer law of your country.

Changes and contact

We will update these terms if the service changes, and say so on this page. A contact address will be added before launch. Please also read our Privacy notice.
