Infant

Your baby’s tools for learning are her eyes, ears, nose, hands, and mouth. As she grows, she learns to use her body to explore and discover, while gently guided play engages each of her senses. Picture your child traveling through our Global Courtyard, gazing at fish in the aquarium, communicating through sign language, smiling at new-found friends, and relaxing outside on the covered porch!

Ratios and Relationships

Caring and learning are inseparable. Kids World Learning Infant teachers love babies and understand how to further develop their sense of security, self-esteem, and belonging by meeting their needs with warm, sensitive, and dependable responses. The adult to child ratio in the Infant and Young Toddler Branches is 1:3.

The Young Toddler program provides a truly unique opportunity to transition your child from the Infant Branch to the Toddler Branch, encouraging greater autonomy and independence, while maintaining a close relationship with his primary teacher.

Your Child’s Day

Your child’s day is filled with activities rich in language, movement, and sensory adventures, which support his enthusiasm for interacting, exploring, and discovering.

Daily outdoor time provides exposure to fresh air, sunshine, and new sensory experiences, allowing your child time to investigate the great outdoors.

Our pram and mobile carriage take your child on strolls throughout our campus, indoors and out, offering the opportunity to see, hear, smell, and touch new things.

Reading begins with the youngest of infants as the children experience the joy, magic, and wonder of sharing a book in the arms of a trusted teacher.
